Can't be beat for the price. Arrived in a huge box but was easy to put together. Battery life is good and charges to full in a few hours. The rack on the back comes in handy for hauling groceries if you buy cargo bag. Speed is good on top end but the motor does not have a lot of torque on the low end. If you are starting out on a hill or even a small incline you might have to pedal assist to get going quickly. I like the step-through design of the frame it makes it easier to get on and off the bike. I did have an issue with one of the gears on the freewheel was broken I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me an entire new rear wheel assembly. Great adult electric bike for the price and good customer support.
We bought two e-bikes, price was right for a first time buyer. Some assembly required, which both went fairly easy. One e bike, key was not there, got in touch with customer service immediately. Because overseas, you will wait for a reply, but they do reply, and they reply multiple times. They sent me part to fix problem, not happy to have to work on something new, but, I didn't want my money back, I WANTED THE BIKE. So we got it fixed. Bike works great, it's a very nice bike too. We have about 40 miles on one and 20 on the other...so far, very happy...I would say that this was a good purchase! And I also was happy with customer service, they were helpful and friendly at all times ( over email only )
Love this e-bike! I spent about 2 months researching ebikes before deciding which one to get. I wanted one that was well built, reliable, and reasonably priced and well suited for the type of riding I want to do. This ebike is all that and more! Instructions were well written and easy to follow; it took us about an hour to put it together and tweak adjustments. When we finished, I took her out for a ride and fell in love! I love that I can use it as a standard bike, have power assist options, or use the throttle to ride it completely powered by the motor. The Shimano gears are smooth and responsive. When you turn on the power, you can feel that motor kick in but it too is very smooth. I put 28 miles on it the first week and the battery was still at 3/4 power! It has a great little display that shows you what mode you have the bike in, your battery status, trip odometer and totals miles traveled; along with all that, it even shows your speed. It has an led headlight that is pretty bright and a working brake light. I haven’t found one thing that I would change on this electric bike! Special thanks to all the people who sent in their reviews on this electric bike; I read through at least 100 of them and found them very helpful in making my choice to buy the e-bike.
What an incredible e‑bike. It’s everything I hoped for and more—the look, the ride, the whole vibe. Shipping was lightning fast, and it arrived perfectly packed. Great price, too.
Ok I like it the soft grips a very good touch the e bike is a lot lighter than I thought it would be it took about 1:45 minutes to assemble but I added some aftermarket accessories mirror, alarm, saddlebags (panniers) and a cargo cage battery is charged did that while building the bike it came out of the box easily tomorrow will be my first ride
